Couscous

COUSCOUS

Couscous

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cup couscous

2 3/4 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt


HOW TO DO IT

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Add salt and stir.
Add couscous and remove from heat and allow to sit for about 5 minutes.
Couscous should be light and fluffy, not gummy.
Be sure to allow the couscous to absorb the water.

Canary Mojo

Green Canary Mojo



INGREDIENTS
A green pepper
3 garlic
A teaspoon of cumin
One teaspoon coarse salt
A teaspoon oregano
A few branches of fresh parsley
A splash of vinegar
An oil jet

HOW TO DO IT
Put all solid ingredients into the chopper and chop until it becomes tiny as possible.
We add the oil and vinegar and stir with a fork.
And now it's ready to eat it!
